We’re seeking a sales and marketing go-getter to join our team at SEOLab in the high-impact role of Lead Nurture Specialist.

In this role, your main responsibility will be to receive, engage, nurture, and convert marketing-qualified leads into booked appointments for our SEO consultants. Here’s how you’ll do it:

  1. Proactively reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to schedule appointments in a fun, friendly, yet authoritative manner.
  2. Pre-screen good fit vs bad fit prospects through a question-based pre-qualification script – as well as answer essential service based questions.
  3. Maximize appointment attendance rate by confirming bookings ahead of time. 
  4. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline via our internal CRM.
  5. Coordinate with external suppliers and internal team members to deliver sales-related material to pipeline prospects.

Put another way; you will manage our proven, pre-discovery funnel from beginning to end. Your mission? To ensure our consultant’s diaries are booked solid with qualified appointments. 

This is a remote role.
